Objective
Its main objective is to provide the directors of employee-owned companies that operate in the personal services and social group attention fields, linked to the health, education, culture and social services areas, with business management techniques.

The MES proposes integral training with contents, skills and values for the business management directors of associations, foundations, NGOs, cooperatives, employee-owned companies and companies in general that have been incorporated with a social objective.

The 7th MES arises as the Master's degree for Employee-owned Companies, which is presented with the wish to contribute to the professionalisation of the sector.
